Items labelled as ‘In Stock‘ are immediately available for dispatch.
Items labelled as ‘Available on order‘ are usually in stock at the supplier and may be delivered directly by the supplier within a few business days. Items not in stock at the supplier will be ordered on backorder and sent out when it becomes available. Please contact us before placing an order if you wish to find out if an item is in stock at the supplier.
Items labelled as ‘Awaiting Stock‘ are currently out of stock. Enquire about the item to see if we are able to source it immediately, or to be notified when the item arrives back in stock.
Items marked as ‘PRE-ORDER‘ in the description, are for products not yet released. Orders are accepted and will be sent out as soon as product becomes available.
If you purchase multiple items with an included product having an ‘Available on order’ label, you may receive separate packages which may arrive at different times OR your order may be delayed until all the items arrive in stock for the shipment to be sent together.
PROCESSING TIME:
Although usually sooner, please allow 1-2 days processing time for your order before being dispatched.
COURIER:
We can only deliver to a physical address and not a PO BOX as we need someone to sign for the delivery.
Courier time frames are transit times the courier will take to deliver once the order has been dispatched.
Once your order has dispatched, the time frame for courier delivery is usually between 2-3 business days for major centres and 3-5 business days for regional outlying areas.
Items that are not in stock could incur longer timeframes before being dispatched.
Delays are possible with the courier at times for various reasons.
WARRANTIES (New Items):
Repairs, replacements and warranties will be at the discretion of the manufacturer or its distributing agent. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All products are warranted to be free of defects at the time of shipping. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties.
In the unlikely event that a product should become faulty during the warranty period, the product may be returned in order to effect repair or replacement.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
If reporting the fault to us within 7 days of having received the product then we will cover the cost to have the faulty product collected and returned to you. If the fault occurs after 7 days of having received the product, then the costs to return the product and send it back to you will be for your account.
We will advise you whether you will need to send the product back to us or whether to send it to the distributing agent or manufacturer directly. Contact us first for the forms to print and include with your warranty shipment.
WARRANTIES (Pre-owned Items):
Pre-owned (used) items are covered by a 6 months Treasure Hunters fault warranty.
Due to the nature of second-hand goods, this warranty does not cover refunds for change of mind.
In certain circumstances we may assist you with taking back an item, but this will be subject to a restocking fee.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 3 days of receipt of goods.
The warranty will be void if an item is found tampered with in any way, or if it was taken to any repair workshop (including the agents) for assessment or service, as they will generally open the item for inspection or service.
Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the cosmetic condition they were in when they were sold.

RETURNS POLICY:
No item can be returned once opened, assembled and used.
No Item can be returned after 7-days of delivery of the item.
Items returned within the 7-days must be unopened, unassembled, in its original undamaged packaging, fully complete and in both 100% original and serviceable condition.
The purchaser will be responsible for courier fees to return the items and no refunds will be given for any courier fees incurred in the sale.
No refunds or returns on items that were on special order for the customer. Items marked as “Available on order”, “Awaiting Stock”, “Enquire”, “Ships in 2-5 days”, “Ships in 2-3 weeks” or “Ships in 4-8 weeks” when purchased, are considered as special order items.
