New hunter
« on: April 15, 2019, 03:30 PM »
Good day to all. My name is Dirk. I'm a novice of only two months now taking up metal detecting. I love it. It's more about relaxing and being with my own thoughts. I have found a couple of great finds on the beach and would like to share it with whom ever is interested. I found this rare 50p UK commemorative 1755 dictionary coin just last week Sunday. Two weeks ago I also found this Cartier love wedding band.
HAPPY hunting.

Thanks guys,
Managed to get me a Garrett 200i. Bit disappointed with Doculam where I bought it. It just ticks me off when the personal doesn't have a clue what they selling. Ask a question and you get told to read the manual. Train your people companies.
Happy hunting✌️

On a liter note thought,
I've got this little problem I need advise on, how to clean these South African coins. I know some off them is far beyond repair, so the second question is what do I do with the damaged ones?
Thanks guys,
Happy hunting ✌️

You might just have gotten someone who doesn't know what they are talking about. I have always gotten great service from them and they have always been knowledgeable. Maybe some key people have left though since I last dealt with them
